Role Summary

The Senior Relationship Manager will be a full-time remote professional responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with Monfi Digital Bank’s key clients. The role centers on understanding each client’s financial needs, matching them with suitable digital banking products and services, and maintaining long-term partnership value. It also includes regular client interactions, fast response times, and a proactive approach to improving satisfaction and retention.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value clients.
  • Build durable client relationships based on trust and service quality.
  • Assess customer financial requirements and recommend relevant banking solutions.
  • Hold regular meetings with clients and address queries promptly.
  • Spot opportunities to deepen client engagement and increase retention.
  • Work with internal teams to support account opening, onboarding, and service delivery.
  • Track account activity, performance, and potential risk indicators.
  • Prepare client-facing and internal reports, summaries, and presentations.
  • Stay updated on sector developments and changing market practices.
  • Ensure work is aligned with regulatory and compliance expectations.
  • Share insights to help refine Monfi’s digital products and overall customer experience.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Background in relationship management, client success, or corporate banking, preferably in a digital or technology-focused financial environment.
  • Strong ability in customer engagement, consultative sales, and portfolio expansion, including identifying new business opportunities.
  • Good knowledge of banking products, digital banking channels, and UAE financial regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Comfortable using data analysis and reporting tools to monitor client performance and identify trends.
  • Able to manage several client accounts at once, set priorities, and deliver consistently under deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a closely related discipline; an MBA or CFA is a plus.
  • Fluency in Russian is required; knowledge of other regional languages is beneficial.
  • Strong ethical standards, professionalism, and commitment to responsible banking practices.
