Role overview
This position is for a Senior Relationship Manager based in Mumbai, working with high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients. The role focuses on building, managing, and expanding client relationships while offering investment and protection solutions aligned to each client’s financial objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Work with HNI and ultra-HNI customers and identify opportunities to deepen relationships.
- Recommend and cross-sell financial and insurance products such as life insurance, health insurance, general insurance, mutual funds, PMS, AIF, and related offerings.
- Make daily outbound sales calls to prospective clients, understand their needs, and tailor suitable solutions.
- Create and present product and scheme recommendations based on client goals and requirements.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects, share relevant broadcasts and articles, and keep leads engaged.
- Grow the client base by acquiring new customers and leveraging referrals from existing relationships to build AUM and AUA for the branch.
- Periodically review client portfolios, suggest diversification where needed, and guide clients on portfolio actions.
- Help clients work toward their financial goals across different product categories.
- Keep existing customers informed about new products and market developments in the primary and secondary markets.
- Stay updated on schemes, products, and solutions through ongoing training.
- Share company research, insights, and communication material with clients on a regular basis.
- Participate in regional marketing activities with the marketing and product teams to showcase offerings and generate leads.

The role is open to any graduate who can confidently handle premium clients, build relationships, and support sales growth through consultative selling and regular client engagement.

Location: Mumbai, India.
Compensation: INR 3,00,000 to INR 7,00,000 per year.
