Role Overview
NES Fircroft is hiring an energetic Senior Recruitment Consultant to support its Bahrain/Saudi Arabia operations, with a strong emphasis on selling recruitment and manpower solutions for the oil and gas market. The position is centered on business development, client engagement, and expanding contract and managed recruitment services across the region.
What You Will Do
- Build a pipeline by identifying prospective clients in engineering-related markets, especially within power and renewables.
- Develop trusted client relationships, assess opportunities, and work with regional teams on sales presentations and tender submissions.
- Promote effective business development practices and help train recruitment teams to improve lead-generation performance.
- Lead strategic initiatives that strengthen market presence, support revenue growth, and increase brand visibility.
- Contribute to the expansion of existing and new client coverage across additional territories.
- Work closely with recruitment and account teams to hand over client relationships smoothly into service delivery.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 6 years of experience across business development, sales, and recruitment.
- Prior exposure to the engineering sector, either through recruitment or a closely related industry.
- A demonstrated record of selling contract-based solutions, negotiating effectively, and closing business.
- Readiness to travel frequently for client meetings and business development activity.
- A careful, persistent, and consultative approach to winning new business.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across multiple teams and functions.
- Comfort interacting with senior executives and discussing technical subjects confidently.
