Job description
Role overview
This opportunity is being handled for a partner employer, which oversees the application review and all subsequent hiring steps. The partner is hiring a Senior Recruiter in the United States for a high-impact role within a rapidly expanding, AI-focused company.
You will lead recruiting end to end across several areas, including Engineering, GTM, and G&A. The position combines hands-on hiring work with strategic partnership, requiring someone who can create pipelines from the ground up, improve hiring quality, and operate with speed and ownership. You will help shape team-building decisions during a key growth stage and work closely with leadership in a collaborative, accountable environment that values strong recruiting craft and a positive candidate journey.
Core accountabilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for roughly 10 to 15 active openings spanning Engineering, GTM, and G&A, from intake through accepted offer.
- Create and run proactive sourcing plans, especially when inbound applications are not enough to fill the funnel.
- Work closely with hiring managers to clarify role expectations, align on candidate standards, and refine requirements.
- Ensure candidates receive timely updates, clear communication, and a smooth interview experience from start to finish.
- Keep ATS records accurate and current so pipeline health and hiring progress remain easy to track.
- Lead offer discussions and closing efforts, including handling expectations and competitive offers.
- Contribute to hiring reports and performance tracking by sharing insights and data-backed recommendations.
- Spot process bottlenecks and recommend practical improvements that make recruiting more scalable.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of end-to-end recruiting experience, preferably in-house or in agency roles with substantial in-house exposure.
- Proven success hiring across multiple functions at the same time while maintaining quality and a strong candidate experience.
- Advanced sourcing ability, including building talent pipelines from scratch through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and outbound outreach.
- Experience using an ATS such as Greenhouse or a similar platform, with attention to clean and structured data.
- Comfort working in fast-moving environments where priorities shift and processes may be less defined.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence hiring outcomes.
- Must be based in the United States and available during US business hours.
- Preferred background includes high-growth tech, adtech, or gaming, or experience with global recruiting teams and compliance frameworks.
Benefits and additional information
This is a remote-first position with flexibility across US time zones. Compensation is competitive and aligned with experience. The role offers ownership over full-cycle hiring across multiple functions, direct visibility to senior talent leadership, and the chance to help shape recruiting processes and broader organizational growth.
You will join a fast-paced, high-growth setting with a strong ownership mindset, a collaborative global talent team, and structured hiring practices. There is also potential for career growth within a scaling organization.
Data privacy and hiring process
Applications are reviewed using an AI-supported matching process designed to assess fit quickly, consistently, and fairly against the role’s core requirements. The strongest matches are shortlisted and forwarded to the hiring company, while interviews, assessments, and final decisions are managed internally by the employer.
By applying, you consent to the handling of your personal data for candidate evaluation and for sharing relevant details with the hiring employer under applicable data protection principles, including GDPR where relevant. You may request access, correction, deletion, or objection regarding your data at any time.
AI tools may assist with application review, resume analysis, response evaluation, and identification of possible inconsistencies or verification signals. These tools support the recruiting team but do not replace human review, and final hiring decisions are made by people. Contact the hiring team for more information about data processing.
