About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Recruiter to join our Employee Experience team. This role is crucial for partnering with various departments to attract and hire top talent across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication abilities, a proactive approach to candidate engagement, and a strong sense of ownership. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. This position offers the opportunity to recruit for both technical (Engineering, Product, Data) and go-to-market (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing) roles, utilizing modern recruitment tools and strategies.
What You'll Do
- Manage the complete recruitment process for diverse roles, with a focus on Engineering, Product, and Go-to-Market (GTM) functions, adapting to evolving business needs.
- Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to thoroughly understand job specifications, align on candidate profiles, and identify suitable applicants.
- Handle a substantial workload of 10-15 open requisitions concurrently, maintaining high standards for quality, candidate experience, and timely hiring.
- Conduct comprehensive and efficient candidate screenings, ensuring consistent communication throughout the hiring funnel.
- Proactively source candidates using various platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter, social networks, job boards, referrals, and AI-enhanced tools to identify talent that might otherwise be missed.
- Develop and maintain robust pipelines of both active and passive candidates through strategic inbound funnel management and outbound engagement.
- Oversee the entire offer process, coordinating with Compensation and Hiring Managers, extending offers, and successfully closing candidates.
- Ensure meticulous record-keeping and data accuracy within the applicant tracking system (ATS), leveraging pipeline data for informed decision-making and reporting.
- Innovate and implement advanced methods for attracting diverse talent by exploring new sourcing channels, outreach techniques, and AI-driven workflows.
What Would Make You a Strong Fit
- Possess over 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, either in-house or agency, with a proven track record of recruiting for both technical and go-to-market positions.
- Demonstrate a strong ability to source passive candidates effectively through platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and GitHub, beyond just managing inbound applications.
- Have practical experience with AI-powered recruitment tools for sourcing, outreach, or screening to enhance search efficiency and personalize candidate interactions.
- Exhibit advanced proficiency with applicant tracking systems such as Greenhouse or Ashby, including workflow configuration, report generation, and maintaining data integrity. Experience with Ashby is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to manage 10-15 job requisitions simultaneously while upholding high-quality candidate experiences and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, capable of influencing Hiring Managers, quickly calibrating on talent needs, and representing the company professionally to candidates.
- Exhibit a strong sense of ownership, managing requisitions from initiation to completion and focusing on outcomes like hires, time-to-fill, and quality of hire.
- Experience recruiting for high-growth SaaS companies, trust & safety, fraud, or risk-related sectors is a plus.
- Familiarity with compensation philosophy and leveling, or experience in designing structured interview processes, is advantageous.
Our Interview Process
- Initial Screening: A 30-minute conversation with a recruiter to review your background, career aspirations, and suitability for the role.
- Hiring Manager Interview: A 60-minute discussion with the People Operations team to delve into your full-cycle recruiting expertise, collaborative approach, and core competencies.
- Virtual Onsite Loop: An intensive 3-hour session including a practical sourcing exercise or role-play, an interview with an Engineering or GTM Hiring Manager to assess cross-functional partnership skills, an in-depth review of ATS and operational capabilities, and a conversation focused on values and behaviors.
