Role overview

This is a senior individual-contributor recruiting position within the Talent Acquisition function, centered on hiring for go-to-market teams such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Strategy. The recruiter will handle urgent, high-priority searches, work closely with senior leaders, and bring a precise, high-speed approach to hiring. Experience in financial services, technology, or fintech is especially relevant for this role.

What you'll do

  • Own demanding senior-level searches and manage the complete recruiting process from start to finish.
  • Work with executives and hiring managers to shape role profiles and build effective sourcing plans.
  • Create structured interview flows and assess executive candidates for fit and capability.
  • Represent the company’s mission, strategy, and employer value proposition to attract strong talent.
  • Advise stakeholders on market conditions, talent availability, and candidate evaluation.
  • Develop strong talent pipelines and outbound sourcing approaches for difficult-to-fill positions.
  • Ensure candidates have a clear, professional, and transparent experience throughout the hiring journey.
  • Use ATS tools and recruiting metrics to improve process quality and hiring outcomes.

What we're looking for

  • At least 6 years of recruiting experience across agency and fast-growing startup settings.
  • Demonstrated success handling complex Director and Vice President searches.
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and executive leaders.
  • Strong consultative mindset with excellent relationship-building skills.
  • High attention to candidate experience and interview quality.
  • Comfort working independently across several priorities while staying metrics-driven.
  • Clear, polished communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems, ideally Greenhouse, plus data analysis to strengthen recruiting operations.

Benefits and compensation

  • Target total compensation of $160,000 to $180,000, with base pay up to $135,000.
