Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Engineer to strengthen the quality function and help deliver reliable, high-standard products. This role calls for solid expertise in quality engineering along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. The expected experience level is 6 to 8 years.
Responsibilities
- Create and improve quality control workflows that support consistent product quality.
- Run periodic audits to spot gaps and drive corrective actions.
- Work closely with teams across functions to close quality-related issues.
- Review data to uncover patterns and opportunities for better quality outcomes.
- Build and keep up quality dashboards, measurements, and reports to monitor performance.
- Make sure processes align with relevant industry norms and regulatory expectations.
Core Skill Set
This position requires hands-on experience in Java, Playwright, API testing, database automation, CI/CD practices, Git, and healthcare domain workflows.
Additional Information
Notice period required: less than 15 days.
Shift timing: 11:30 AM to 9:30 PM.
Work location: Kerala, remote.
