Job description

About the company

Future Secure AI is building a new generation of enterprise AI solutions and is looking for people who want to help shape that future. The company works on challenging, real-world problems for global organisations across several industries, using advanced technology and a culture built around courage, precision, and constant curiosity.

The company’s BRAVER values reflect the mindset expected from every team member. Its leadership is entrepreneurial, experienced, and approachable, with an open-door style that aims to make people feel valued rather than like just another employee. Future Secure AI also places strong emphasis on employee growth, because it sees team success as directly linked to business success.

Future Secure AI (FSAI) is an enterprise AI company formed in close partnership with one of the world’s largest financial institutions. It works closely with senior leaders at large global enterprises and believes that people and AI workers will work together to improve organisational performance. The company has many partnerships with major businesses across different industries and regions, and it is focused on global expansion as part of its mission to transform the world through advanced artificial intelligence.

The opportunity

This role sits at the centre of QA delivery across complex AI systems, enterprise integrations, and demanding customer environments. The selected candidate will own test strategy across the platform, AI Co-Workers, and integration environments, while operating across Customer Services, Platform, and SRE engineering layers. The role requires both strong automation capability and strategic thinking.

What you will do

  • Lead and define the testing approach across the full delivery lifecycle, from requirements gathering through to monitoring after release.
  • Create, improve, and maintain automated test coverage across unit, integration, end-to-end, and performance testing.
  • Validate APIs and service-to-service integrations directly, rather than relying only on UI-level checks.
  • Embed automated tests into CI/CD workflows and make sure failures are easy to trace, understand, and assign.
  • Handle test data carefully, including anonymisation and compliance considerations in regulated settings.
  • Support quality across multiple customer environments while avoiding a heavy customer-specific maintenance load.
  • Strengthen security testing and performance testing so they are treated as essential parts of quality engineering.

What the company is looking for

The ideal candidate will bring substantial QA or test engineering experience, with clear ownership of quality outcomes. Strong automation capability is essential, along with hands-on experience writing test code in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, or C#.

Experience with automation and test frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, pytest, Jest, or similar tools is expected. The role also requires API testing experience using tools like Postman, REST Assured, or custom HTTP clients, plus practical CI/CD integration experience with platforms such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.

You should have at least 5 years of relevant QA experience, along with exposure to multiple test levels including unit, integration, end-to-end, and performance testing. Experience with load and performance testing tools such as k6, JMeter, Gatling, or equivalent is important. The role also calls for test strategy and leadership capability, meaning the ability to decide what should be tested, not just execute tests. Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is also required.

Nice to have

Additional value will be given to candidates who have tested AI, ML, or other non-deterministic systems. Knowledge of security testing, including SAST, DAST, and OWASP, is also desirable. An ISTQB or similar certification would be considered an advantage.
