About the Role

Pepper is hiring a Senior Product Manager to own an important part of Atlas and take it from early discovery through launch and ongoing improvement. The role sits inside a fast-moving, customer-focused environment where strong product thinking and quick execution both matter.

The ideal candidate is genuinely interested in mar-tech and enjoys working with the marketing tools and workflows used by growth teams. You should understand how marketers plan, create, optimize, and measure work, and be excited about how agentic systems can reshape those processes.

This position demands both depth and speed. The long-term opportunity is significant, but the work happens in tight, rapid cycles. The team is looking for someone who can think clearly, move fast, and keep improving the product through continuous iteration. The role also involves meaningful change management, as you will work closely with services teams to understand operational workflows and convert real service delivery into product experiences. Experience with a service-as-software mindset will be a strong advantage.

This is an on-site role based in Andheri East, Mumbai.

What You Will Own

  • Take full ownership of a key surface within Atlas, covering discovery, definition, launch, and post-launch iteration.
  • Create concise product specifications that clearly define the problem, expected outcomes, and success measures for design and engineering teams.
  • Lead product discovery by speaking with customers, reviewing product usage, and converting insights into a focused, prioritized roadmap.
  • Design AI-driven workflows, agents, and automations that make expert marketing and SEO work more repeatable.
  • Collaborate with services teams to translate real operational processes into scalable product capabilities.
  • Continuously ship improvements, evaluate impact using product data, and refine the experience based on results.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, data science, and customer success to deliver measurable outcomes rather than isolated features.

Role Requirements

  • Several years of B2B product management experience, typically five or more, with hands-on ownership of shipping software products.
  • Experience working with US customers and familiarity with how enterprise buyers and marketing teams in that market evaluate and adopt products.
  • Strong interest in mar-tech and the broader marketing ecosystem.
  • Ability to work quickly, think analytically, and iterate in short feedback loops.
  • Comfort with technical concepts such as APIs, authentication, and integrations.
  • Strong product judgment, clear writing, analytical thinking, and the ability to decide when to iterate, pause, or scale.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships across engineering, design, data science, customer success, and external stakeholders.

Additional Information

The role is based in Pepper’s Mumbai office in Andheri East and is fully on-site. This is intended as a long-term position.
