Role Overview
qlub is seeking a Senior Product Manager who is highly customer-focused, strong in discovery, and comfortable working with an AI-first approach. You will own the product lifecycle for your area and use AI to speed up research, shorten delivery cycles, and improve collaboration between product, design, and engineering.
The ideal candidate is comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment with many parallel priorities and high responsibility. You should be energized by pressure, eager to learn quickly, and motivated to grow fast.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive continuous customer discovery through interviews, data review, and usability testing.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer behavior, journeys, and key pain points.
- Convert research findings into well-defined problems, opportunities, and testable hypotheses.
- Carry out market research and benchmark competitors, trends, and industry best practices.
- Turn competitive and market insights into informed product decisions.
- Use AI tools to speed up research, PRD creation, analysis, and prototyping.
- Build or use workflows that support discovery, competitive intelligence, and insight generation.
- Continuously improve the speed, quality, and efficiency of product execution.
- Create and own product roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Prioritize work based on impact, customer value, and effort.
- Lead the product journey from concept through launch and iteration.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Data teams.
- Write clear PRDs and detailed product requirements.
- Reduce friction and improve feedback cycles across functions.
- Define KPIs, monitor results, and use data and feedback to run experiments and refine the product.
Qualifications
- Strong background in product management.
- Demonstrated experience conducting hands-on customer research and discovery across online and offline settings.
- Solid capability in market research and competitor analysis.
- Practical experience using AI tools to improve product workflows.
- Excellent analytical ability, structured thinking, and communication skills.
- Exposure to payments or fintech is an advantage.
