Role overview

This role is for a senior product leader based in Canada, hired on behalf of a partner organization that will handle applications and all subsequent hiring steps. The position offers a chance to influence the direction of a healthcare provider platform and help build new solutions for providers at scale.

You will be responsible for setting the product direction for provider-facing mobile and platform experiences, with a focus on helping physicians manage workflows, communication, and patient engagement more effectively. The role also includes creating and expanding monetization opportunities such as advertising and network-style products for healthcare and life sciences audiences.

This is a cross-functional leadership position that sits at the intersection of product strategy, growth, and revenue generation. You will work closely with engineering, design, commercial, data, clinical, marketing, and executive partners to move complex products from idea to launch and beyond, using evidence and metrics to guide decisions. The environment is fast-moving and centered on digital health innovation.

Accountabilities

  • Set and own the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for provider-oriented mobile and platform products.
  • Use ongoing discovery and research to uncover ways to increase provider engagement, retention, and product adoption.
  • Design and shape new monetization approaches, including advertising, audience, and network-based offerings.
  • Develop business cases, assess market potential, and support the release of new revenue-producing initiatives.
  • Work with engineering and design teams to steer product development from discovery through delivery and improvement.
  • Align product priorities with business objectives in partnership with commercial, marketing, clinical, data, and executive stakeholders.
  • Establish success measures and monitor product performance across adoption, engagement, retention, and monetization.
  • Communicate roadmap progress, strategy, and results clearly to senior leaders and other key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is required.
  • At least 5 years of product management experience, preferably in B2B or platform-based environments.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling mobile or digital products with a strong focus on user experience.
  • Prior experience in healthcare, digital health, or life sciences is strongly preferred.
  • Solid experience in product discovery, customer research, and converting insights into strategy.
  • Exposure to monetization models such as advertising, media, audience platforms, or other revenue-driven ecosystems.
  • Strong analytical capability, including the ability to define metrics and build business cases.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience influencing senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex initiatives with multiple stages.
  • Comfortable working in uncertain environments and turning opportunities into structured plans.
  • Experience using AI-enabled tools to improve productivity is considered an advantage.
