Role Overview
This position is for a Senior Executive - Procurement/Commercial. The role is designed for a procurement professional with 3 to 4 years of experience in Opex procurement, especially in regional sourcing for facilities and center-level operations. The role covers sourcing across operating expense categories such as facility services, manpower, annual maintenance contracts, consumables, electrical and mechanical upkeep, hygiene and safety, and other center-related needs. It is an individual contributor role responsible for procurement execution across an assigned city or region.
Key Responsibilities
The role includes managing vendor profiling, empanelment, and ongoing relationship management, along with capability evaluation and periodic vendor reviews for regional procurement requirements. It also involves handling commercial evaluations, quotation comparisons, and negotiations to secure the best pricing and terms, while tracking savings and value delivered through disciplined sourcing practices.
Another core responsibility is identifying and reducing commercial, contractual, compliance, continuity, and execution risks across procurement activities. The position requires maintaining strong process discipline through complete documentation, audit readiness, policy compliance, and proper system hygiene, including sourcing records, comparison statements, negotiation notes, MIS, and closure documentation.
The individual will work closely with projects, operations, facilities, finance, legal, and business teams to align sourcing with scope, budgets, and timelines. The role also calls for identifying new products, technologies, and solutions that can improve cost, efficiency, and customer experience, including supporting AI adoption to strengthen procurement outcomes.
Requirements
Candidates should have relevant experience in Opex procurement, particularly regional facility and center-level sourcing. A graduation degree is mandatory, while a postgraduate or engineering background is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi are essential, and knowledge of regional languages will be an added advantage.
Experience in sectors such as retail, hospitality, QSR, healthcare, wellness, coworking, facilities, or real estate is preferred. The role requires willingness to travel up to 50%.

This opportunity is open across multiple locations, including NCR, Hyderabad, Chennai, Mumbai, and Pune. The stated experience range is 3 to 4 years.
