Job description

Role Overview

Cahya Mata Oiltools (Cayman) Limited (UAE) is seeking a proactive, detail-focused Senior Procurement Executive in Dubai, UAE. The position supports supply chain management by handling procurement coordination, supplier relationships, logistics assistance, and compliance-related administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle purchase orders in line with internal policies and approved procedures.
  • Liaise with suppliers regarding quotations, order acknowledgements, delivery timelines, and procurement needs.
  • Assist with supplier identification, onboarding, assessment, and upkeep of vendor records.
  • Prepare and support RFQs, RFPs, bid requests, and supplier comparison exercises.
  • Work closely with logistics, warehouse, finance, and operations teams to keep goods and materials moving on schedule.
  • Keep procurement records, reports, and supporting documents accurate and updated in SAP and other SCM tools.
  • Monitor purchase requests, purchase orders, invoices, and delivery progress to help ensure prompt completion.
  • Support adherence to procurement rules, audit expectations, and QHSE requirements.
  • Help improve procurement workflows and contribute to the ongoing development of SCM operations.

Requirements

  • A degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Procurement, Logistics, or a closely related discipline.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or logistics roles.
  • Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong planning, communication, and cross-functional coordination abilities.
  • Sound commercial judgment and understanding of procurement practices.
  • Ability to stay organized, solve problems independently, and perform well in a fast-moving environment.
  • A positive, hands-on attitude with a strong focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
