What the role involves
You will own a specialist software engineering market and manage the full recruitment cycle, from opening new client relationships through to completing successful placements. The role combines business development, market development, candidate delivery, and long-term account growth.

Candidate profile
The company is looking for recruiters who already have strong 360 recruitment experience and a solid history of generating new business. The ideal person should have a proven annual billing record of at least $300,000, with higher performers especially encouraged to apply.
Experience recruiting software engineers or other technical professionals into startup, scale-up, SaaS, AI, infrastructure, or venture-backed environments is important. Cybersecurity recruitment experience would be helpful, though it is not required.
This role suits someone who is mature, self-directed, and comfortable succeeding in a remote setting. A team-oriented approach and interest in continuing to grow professionally are also important.
Compensation and working environment
The package includes a base salary of $90,000 to $110,000, along with uncapped commission and strong upside for exceptional total earnings. The role is fully remote anywhere in the United States.
