Role overview
We are hiring a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to join the team in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, and work in close coordination with colleagues in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The role is focused on managing paid marketing execution, improving revenue performance through data, and partnering across teams to strengthen campaign outcomes.
What you will do
- Take full ownership of display and programmatic campaigns for assigned markets, including setup, execution, optimization, banner creation, and publishing, with the goal of generating direct revenue.
- Run large-scale Google Ads display activity and ensure campaign spend delivers revenue within the expected timeline.
- Use data and analytics tools to evaluate campaign performance and continuously refine results.
- Track the user journey on live pages and work with the design team to improve conversion flow end to end.
- Work closely with Business Development, Design, and Data & Tech teams to launch and scale marketing initiatives.
- Build and execute localized go-to-market strategies that support revenue growth and retention in specific countries.
- Communicate key marketing decisions, experiment outcomes, and strategic updates to the relevant Country Focus teams.
- Identify, test, and validate new marketing verticals, angles, and funnel opportunities proactively.
What we are looking for
- At least 4 years of practical experience managing Google Ads Display campaigns across multiple verticals.
- Direct experience in the mVAS (Mobile Value-Added Services) sector or in subscription-based business models is required.
- Strong ability to segment and study large datasets to improve campaign performance; familiarity with basic data tools is a plus.
- Exposure to other marketing channels such as Meta, TikTok, and GMP is highly desirable.
- A highly analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and a data-first approach.
- A performance-oriented working style with a strong focus on outcomes.
- Comfort with continuous testing, experimentation, and A/B optimization.
- Creative problem-solving skills, self-drive, resilience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong collaboration skills, including the confidence to challenge assumptions when needed and contribute as a team player.
