The employer is seeking a Senior Partnership Account Manager in Australia to lead and grow a strategic partner network that supports revenue expansion and regional market development.
The role is centered on managing high-value alliances and turning partner relationships into measurable business outcomes. You will work across sales, marketing, product, and engineering to align partner capabilities with regional priorities, improve pipeline generation, and strengthen customer success. It is a senior, highly visible position in a fast-moving SaaS environment with broad ownership and global exposure.
Key responsibilities
- Build and scale a strong partner ecosystem that supports new customer acquisition, account expansion, and retention through strategic alliances.
- Own partner-facing activities such as joint account planning, alignment sessions, and quarterly business reviews to drive shared results.
- Serve as the main point of contact for strategic partners, including GSIs, SIs, and technology alliances, while ensuring they are enabled and well covered across territories.
- Maintain clear pipeline visibility by running joint forecasts, pipeline reviews, and performance tracking to support predictable revenue growth.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams on co-marketing campaigns, roadshows, and go-to-market execution.
- Support partner engagement across the region, including travel where necessary, to deepen relationships and increase impact.
Required experience and qualifications
- At least 7 years of experience in software or SaaS, with a strong track record in partner management, ecosystem development, or alliance leadership.
- Proven ability to succeed in partner-led sales, business development, or solution consulting in complex enterprise settings.
- Working knowledge of data-focused areas such as data governance, AI governance, data management, analytics, or BI, preferably in enterprise SaaS.
- Ability to build trust and influence senior stakeholders across both technical and commercial functions.
- Experience supporting joint go-to-market programs and navigating long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Comfort using AI tools to improve efficiency, decisions, and business outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related discipline.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex solutions in business terms.
Benefits and work environment
- Competitive senior-level compensation.
- Flexible work setup with a remote-first approach.
- Health and wellness coverage.
- Paid leave and holiday entitlement.
- Opportunities to gain international exposure through events, summits, and partner interactions.
- Support for professional development and long-term career growth.
- An inclusive workplace culture that values belonging and collaboration.
Hiring and data processing information
Applications are reviewed through an AI-assisted matching process designed to shortlist candidates against the role’s core requirements in a fair and efficient way. The shortlist is shared with the hiring company, which manages interviews, assessments, and final hiring decisions.
By applying, candidates acknowledge that their personal data may be processed to assess fit and shared with the employer as part of the hiring process. This processing may rely on legitimate interest and pre-contractual steps under applicable data protection laws, including GDPR. Applicants may request access, correction, deletion, or objection to their data at any time.
AI tools may also be used to assist with application review, resume analysis, response assessment, and detection of inconsistencies or verification signals. These tools support the recruitment team but do not replace human judgment.
