Senior Merchandiser

Role overview

The Senior Merchandiser will own core merchandising activities for Skechers Singapore, with a strong focus on sales performance, product availability, and execution across internal teams. Key responsibilities

• Review weekly product sell-through results and prepare monthly performance reports.
• Take responsibility for sales outcomes, pricing strategy, stock levels, purchasing, allocation, grouping, and markdown planning.
• Maintain accurate product item attributes and classification structure.
• Work with the Logistics team on launch plans and follow up to ensure products are delivered smoothly.
• Support merchandising initiatives and partner with other functions on important projects.
• Work closely with the marketing team so merchandising plans support promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate launch activities and track progress with Logistics to help ensure timely delivery.
• Partner with Visual Merchandising on in-store display guidelines and execution.
• Guide, support, and lead the merchandising team.
• Train team members and help build their merchandising capability and product knowledge.
• Provide weekly action plan updates to the Department Head in an efficient manner.
• Study market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to spot opportunities and risks.
