Job description
About DigiFT
DigiFT is a next-generation exchange focused on tokenization, issuance, distribution, and trading of institutional-grade real-world assets. Founded in Singapore in 2021, the company was created with the belief that institutional investors should be able to access top-tier on-chain financial instruments through a platform that satisfies the regulatory expectations they need.
DigiFT is one of the most comprehensively regulated exchanges in its segment. It is licensed by the Monetary Authority of Singapore as a Recognised Market Operator and Capital Markets Services provider, and it is also regulated by the Securities and Futures Commission of Hong Kong for Type 1 (Dealing in Securities) and Type 4 (Advising on Securities) activities. This dual-regulated status is uncommon in digital assets and sits at the core of how the business operates.
The company works where capital markets and blockchain meet, bringing institutional asset classes onto blockchain infrastructure within a fully regulated environment. Its current offering includes tokenized money market funds, tokenized gold, private credit, and access to pre-IPO equity, with more products in development. DigiFT operates as a smart contract-based, non-custodial platform serving accredited and institutional investors in Singapore and Hong Kong.
About the Team
The marketing function is based in Singapore and runs as a lean, high-output team. It covers content, communications, events, executive thought leadership, demand generation, sales support, and paid media, while supporting both institutional business development and product positioning in a complex regulated setting.
You will report to the Marketing Director and collaborate closely with the research, product, and business development teams. This is a practical role in a small team, giving you early exposure to the full marketing spectrum, the chance to build judgment through daily execution, and the opportunity to see the direct effect of your work with ongoing guidance from the Marketing Director.
Role Overview
DigiFT is seeking a Senior Marketing Associate who writes strongly, thinks clearly about audience and positioning, and can help bring events to life. You will work closely with the Marketing Director for direction and support, while owning much of your day-to-day delivery. The role requires a high standard for brand and thought leadership output under the DigiFT name.
The position is heavily cross-functional. Marketing sits at the centre of the organization, so you will regularly interface with product, business development, compliance, and leadership. Your work will include turning product updates into market narratives, equipping sales with the right messaging and materials, navigating compliance constraints without sacrificing clarity, and keeping senior stakeholders aligned on messaging and rationale. Building these relationships with professionalism, credibility, and sound judgment is just as important as producing content.
The audience is institutional, including CFOs, treasury managers, family offices, and asset managers, while the product runs on blockchain infrastructure that many of them are still learning to understand. A major part of the job is bridging that gap clearly and credibly, without overstatement or unnecessary simplification.
If you have felt that traditional financial services marketing is too slow, too templated, or too disconnected from the product, this role offers a more hands-on environment.
Responsibilities
- Run the content calendar across social channels, community platforms, and the company blog with direction from the Marketing Director.
- Create and refine content across multiple formats, including LinkedIn posts, newsletters, product announcements, event summaries, and campaign copy.
- Assist the Marketing Director with selected thought leadership content through research, drafting, and editing.
- Adapt content for multiple channels to improve reach and audience engagement.
- Coordinate with external contractors and agencies when content production support is required.
- Manage end-to-end delivery for side events and conference participation, including logistics, collateral, promotion, on-site execution, and post-event content.
- Support the Marketing Director on major events such as DigiFT’s annual CAPITALX conference, handling operational and production tasks.
- Prepare and maintain event assets such as invitations, run-of-show documents, speaker notes, social media creatives, and post-event recaps.
- Support corporate communications and public relations work, ensuring messaging stays consistent across all channels.
- Draft press releases, media briefings, and spokesperson materials for review and approval.
- Track industry developments and identify timely opportunities for commentary or positioning.
- Manage email marketing campaigns, including copy, design coordination, scheduling, and performance reporting.
- Create sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, one-pagers, factsheets, and product briefs for the business development team.
- Keep marketing collateral current so it reflects the latest product and messaging updates.
- Support selected paid media campaigns within the budgets and briefs set by the Marketing Director.
- Develop social graphics, event creatives, and presentation materials.
- Brief the Shenzhen design team or external vendors and review outputs to ensure alignment with brand standards.
- Coordinate video production with the existing freelancer, including briefs, timelines, and review cycles.
- Act as a daily point of contact between marketing and product, business development, and compliance teams.
- Manage incoming content and collateral requests, prioritizing and turning them around efficiently.
- Keep stakeholders informed about campaign and content schedules.
Requirements
- 2 to 4 years of experience in content marketing, communications, or a closely related function.
- Strong writing ability with the judgment to adapt tone and technical depth for different audiences, from institutional investors to industry professionals.
- Demonstrated interest in capital markets, along with the ability and motivation to quickly build knowledge around concepts such as yield, liquidity, settlement, and risk.
- Some event marketing exposure, including experience supporting logistics, collateral, or on-site coordination for an owned event or conference.
- Daily use of AI tools for research, drafting, and ideation, such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, or Notion AI.
- Comfort using Canva or a similar design tool, with attention to layout, hierarchy, and brand consistency.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, small-team environment with a proactive, detail-oriented approach and strong day-to-day judgment.
Preferred Background
- Experience in asset management, institutional finance, or capital markets, paired with genuine curiosity about blockchain’s role in reshaping the space.
- Some experience contributing to executive or leadership-facing writing, even if not serving as the primary author.
- Exposure to the RWA or tokenization space through independent learning or research.
- Experience working with external agencies, freelancers, or vendors.
- Mandarin language ability is an advantage because of the company’s regional footprint.
Why Join DigiFT
- Be part of the intersection between capital markets and blockchain infrastructure before it becomes mainstream.
- Gain strong visibility across the organization, with regular interaction with senior leadership and the founding team.
- Work on a regulated and credible platform rather than a speculative venture.
- Enjoy a small-team environment where ownership is high and your judgment has visible impact.
- Join a business that is dual regulated across Singapore and Hong Kong, which is uncommon in this sector.
