Role Overview
The Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition will steer enterprise hiring priorities by working closely with business stakeholders to identify, evaluate, and secure strong talent. The position focuses on leadership and niche recruitment, efficient hiring operations, a high-quality candidate journey, and support for broader growth and diversity objectives.
Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning
- Work with business leaders to interpret current and upcoming workforce needs.
- Create forward-looking hiring plans that align with business goals and workforce strategy.
- Develop strong talent pools for mission-critical and emerging capability areas to support future expansion.
- Run modern sourcing efforts using job boards, social platforms, industry networks, and leadership hiring initiatives.
- Maintain a smooth, respectful, and engaging experience for candidates at every stage.
Leadership & Niche Hiring
- Recruit for senior leadership, specialized, and other business-critical positions across functions.
- Put in place rigorous evaluation and selection methods to improve hiring quality.
- Ensure close alignment with stakeholders throughout the full recruitment cycle.
Recruitment Operations & Excellence
- Strengthen recruitment execution with emphasis on turnaround time, hire quality, compliance, and candidate satisfaction.
- Track and improve hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and cost-per-hire.
- Use recruitment systems and analytics tools, including Workday, to improve productivity and reporting.
- Streamline processes and drive ongoing operational improvements.
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as a dependable advisor to business and functional leaders on talent matters.
- Share market data, hiring insights, and competitive intelligence to guide recruitment decisions.
- Use data-driven recommendations to influence and support decision-making.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
- Lead diversity-focused hiring efforts in line with organizational priorities.
- Monitor diversity metrics and take targeted action to improve representation.
- Promote inclusive hiring practices and reduce bias across the recruitment process.
Vendor & Channel Management
- Oversee partnerships with search firms, recruitment agencies, and other external talent providers.
- Assess sourcing channels for impact and optimize spending for better return on investment.
- Negotiate commercial arrangements and review vendor delivery against agreed service levels.
