Role Overview

This position supports the Vendor Relationship Management (VRM) team by overseeing the full vendor lifecycle. The work covers pre-qualification, sourcing, bidder list creation, supplier performance reviews, and ongoing governance of vendors, all while staying aligned with ROSHN Commercial Policy and broader supply chain goals.

The purpose of the role is to help maintain a supplier network that is compliant, dependable, and high performing. In practice, that means enabling better sourcing decisions, reducing delivery-related risk, and improving project outcomes through disciplined vendor engagement and performance tracking.

By contributing to vendor selection, continuous evaluation, and data-led procurement decisions, this role plays a part in strengthening ROSHN’s supply chain and procurement effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage vendor lifecycle activities from initial qualification through to ongoing governance.
• Lead or support pre-qualification (PQQ) processes for potential suppliers.
• Participate in sourcing activities and help build appropriate bidder lists.
• Monitor vendor performance through structured appraisal and review processes.
• Ensure supplier management practices remain aligned with commercial policy and supply chain objectives.
• Maintain a compliant and reliable supplier base that supports effective procurement outcomes.
• Use performance information and vendor data to support informed sourcing and supplier decisions.
• Help reduce supply and delivery risk through proactive vendor oversight and engagement.
