Job description
About the company
CrimsonLogic emphasises career growth, employee well-being, and inclusive growth. The organisation highlights professional development, total rewards, and a workplace built to support personal and professional progress while contributing positively to the wider world.
Role overview
This position reports to the Head of Group Marketing & Communications and leads a small team of two to three marketers. The role owns regional go-to-market execution from end to end for one region—Americas, Asia-Pacific, or Europe, Middle East, Africa & South Asia—and also defines the working approach, templates, and standards used across all regions.
The role is highly hands-on: you are expected to manage and coach the team while also directly creating strategy, plans, and campaigns. It is designed as a stepping stone toward broader marketing leadership, with clear room to grow into a larger remit.
Regional go-to-market ownership
You will be accountable for your region’s full marketing cycle, including planning, budgeting, resourcing, execution, reporting, and ongoing improvement. Success is measured through demand generation, pipeline contribution, and revenue performance.
Core responsibilities
Across the group, you will help establish the repeatable methods and templates that keep go-to-market activity aligned and effective. You will lead multi-channel demand generation, product marketing, sales enablement, field marketing, and event strategy, while ensuring all output is tied to commercial outcomes rather than activity alone.
You will also own regional marketing measurement, reporting, dashboards, attribution, and budget allocation, making trade-off decisions and driving optimisation based on performance data.
Leadership expectations
The role includes direct management of two to three marketers. You will set objectives, support development, provide feedback, and maintain a high standard of quality across the team’s work.
Working style and mindset
The ideal candidate is accountable for outcomes, comfortable working independently, willing to challenge weak ideas, and able to make decisions based on evidence. The role calls for someone who stays close to execution, raises standards, collaborates across functions, and communicates candidly with peers and leadership.
Why this opportunity stands out
This position offers exposure to global operations across more than 40 countries and sits at the intersection of technology, trade, and public sector innovation. It provides direct access to senior leadership and the freedom to shape a communications function that is still evolving. It is intended for someone ready to take ownership of a portfolio and step into a broader leadership track.
Requirements
A degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related discipline is expected. The role calls for approximately 8 to 10 years of experience in B2B marketing, with B2G experience strongly preferred. The background should show increasing responsibility, including regional, segment, or product ownership, budget ownership, team management, and accountability for pipeline and revenue outcomes.
You should be comfortable across demand generation, go-to-market planning, product marketing, sales enablement, CRM, marketing automation, paid search, and analytics. Experience in technology, supply chain, trade, or government-facing environments is helpful, though the ability to learn a complex B2B/B2G domain quickly is essential.
Equal opportunity statement
CrimsonLogic states that it is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes people from all backgrounds, with an inclusive workplace that supports career development.
