The Ned Doha is set inside the former Ministry of Interior building in Doha and combines historic character with modern luxury. Role Overview

This position calls for a seasoned, detail-driven laundry professional to help manage laundry services at one of Doha’s leading hospitality destinations. The right person will value precision, efficiency, and consistently high standards in garment and linen care.

Working within the Housekeeping team, you will help keep laundry operations running smoothly, ensuring that linens, uniforms, and guest garments are handled and processed to exacting standards while contributing to a polished guest experience.

Key Duties

• Run and supervise laundry machines used for washing, drying, pressing, and finishing guest garments, uniforms, and linens.
• Sort, manage, and treat all items in line with fabric-care instructions and internal procedures.
• Support daily laundry workflow and step in to guide Laundry Attendants when needed.
• Check items before and after processing to confirm quality requirements are met.
• Use suitable stain-removal and fabric-treatment methods while protecting garments and linens from damage.
• Track linen and uniform condition and flag pieces needing repair, replacement, or special care.
• Keep the laundry room clean, orderly, and safe throughout the shift.
• Ensure clean laundry is delivered on time to the right departments and areas.
• Watch supply usage and report low stock as needed.
• Promptly escalate machinery faults, maintenance needs, or other operational concerns.
• Follow all hygiene, safety, and chemical-handling rules.
• Help train and onboard new Laundry Attendants and reinforce good working practices.
• Maintain accurate records related to guest laundry, laundry activity, and departmental needs.
• Support overall housekeeping productivity and service quality.

Candidate Profile

This role suits someone with hotel laundry experience and a practical understanding of equipment, garment care, and daily laundry operations. A senior or supervisory background of 1–2 years is preferred.
