Role overview
In this position, you will take ownership of demanding IT and digital transformation projects and help move customers forward on their cloud journey. Your work sits at the intersection of business and technology, where you will shape solutions that improve processes, unlock value, and create long-term impact.
What you'll do
- Lead complex IT and digitalization initiatives from a professional and organizational standpoint, keeping customer projects on track.
- Advise clients proactively on business consulting topics and process improvement opportunities between business and IT.
- Spot improvement potential and turn it into tailored solution concepts.
- Work with modern digital, collaboration, and cloud-focused processes to deliver measurable business value.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage projects in agile, traditional, or hybrid setups.
- Step into the role of (Technical) Product Owner for client engagements when needed.
- Use current technology trends, especially cloud hyperscaler platforms such as AWS and Microsoft Azure, to solve operational and strategic challenges.
- Communicate clearly and persuasively across all levels, both internally and with clients, and present results, roadmaps, and recommendations in a professional way.

- You bring solid experience in IT project delivery or business consulting and have contributed successfully to multiple projects.
- You are well-versed in project management methods and know how to apply them depending on the client situation.
- You enjoy consulting, working with different clients and locations, and staying current in both technology and methodology.
- You bring a consulting mindset: you independently identify tasks at client sites, align actively with stakeholders, maximize your utilization, and manage your own workload.
- You are comfortable supporting clients through change and helping them navigate transformation processes.
