Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer who combines strong visual craft with strategic thinking. In this role, you will independently take design work from initial idea through final delivery, support creative direction, and turn marketing goals into engaging visuals for social media, websites, print materials, and video content.

This opportunity is well suited to someone who enjoys a small, fast-moving environment and is comfortable contributing across a wide range of projects, including brand systems, campaign creatives, social content, and client-facing deliverables. A minimum of 5 years of professional experience is expected.

Key Responsibilities

Drive creative work for client assignments, including brand identity, campaign assets, and digital design pieces.
Develop and produce polished creative concepts for channels such as social media, landing pages, advertisements, and presentations.
Organize design tasks, manage workflow, and keep deadlines on track.
Work closely with the marketing director on concept development and execution.
Strengthen and maintain the company’s internal visual identity and design quality.
Communicate with clients directly when required.
Stay current with emerging design trends and experiment with AI-based creative workflows.
Support and mentor junior designers through guidance and feedback.
Keep templates, design files, and documentation well structured and easy to access.

Skills and Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in graphic design, backed by a portfolio showing strong work across print, digital, and campaign projects.
Excellent visual judgment, with strong capabilities in layout, typography, and creative problem-solving.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
Ability to handle several briefs at once and prioritize work effectively.
Deep experience in brand identity design.
Ability to build cohesive and consistent visual systems.
Experience creating performance-driven marketing visuals for ads, social media, and campaigns.
Comfortable working independently while managing multiple projects efficiently.
Confident in reviewing junior designers’ work and offering constructive feedback.
Comfortable presenting ideas and finished work to internal teams or clients.
Understanding of production processes, file preparation, and export/output specifications.

Additional Skills Preferred

Motion design experience for short, simple social animations.
Familiarity with AI-powered design tools.
Basic understanding of UI/UX principles.
