Senior Graphic Designer

Role overview

Castlery is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join its Creative team and help define the visual direction of the brand across touchpoints. The role is centered on bringing consistency, quality, and scalability to the company’s identity while supporting the evolution of how the brand appears across campaigns, packaging, retail spaces, and digital channels.

You will independently own global campaign design from the initial brief through to final delivery, and you will also help strengthen the underlying design infrastructure by creating guidelines, templates, and processes that enable teams to work more efficiently across different markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own the visual design for global brand campaigns, taking projects from concept development through to final execution across digital, print, and retail formats.
• Create packaging designs for both brand and product lines that communicate the craft and quality of the products.
• Develop internal store communications for retail locations across markets, including materials such as signage, banners, and point-of-sale assets.
• Establish and maintain scalable design systems and brand guidelines that remain effective across global teams while still allowing for local adaptation.
• Partner with copywriters, brand leaders, and marketing teams to keep every customer-facing touchpoint visually aligned.
• Direct photo shoots and coordinate with outside production vendors when required.
• Review and provide guidance on work produced by junior designers and external agencies.
• Help improve the consistency and efficiency of design execution through reusable assets, templates, and process improvements.

Requirements

• 6 to 9 years of professional graphic design experience, with growing ownership of brand and campaign work over time.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating work across campaigns, packaging, and print or retail communication materials.
• Advanced understanding of branding and visual design, with strong judgment in typography, layout, and color for both digital and physical applications.
• Experience working with lifestyle, home, or fashion brands is a significant plus.
• Demonstrated ability to create design systems and brand guidelines that are practical, adoptable, and scalable.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage several initiatives at once without compromising quality or detail.
• Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign; motion or video capability is an added advantage.
• Clear and confident communication skills, including the ability to explain creative choices and offer thoughtful pushback when appropriate.
