Role overview
BCforward is hiring a Senior Graphic Designer on a contract basis to support digital marketing and brand design work. This position sits with a creative team that operates in a fast-moving environment and needs someone who can contribute quickly with strong visual judgment, polished execution, and the ability to switch between multiple assignments as priorities change.
The assignment is centered in San Francisco, CA 94105, with a hybrid setup preferred at 1 to 2 days onsite each week. Candidates close to San Francisco, Chicago, or Indianapolis are preferred, though remote arrangements may be considered for the right person. The start date is ASAP, with an expected duration of 5+ months and a strong possibility of extension or conversion to a full-time role. The role is full time at 40 hours per week.
The pay range for this contract assignment is $55 to $58 per hour.
What you will work on
- Create and refresh webpages and other digital experiences.
- Produce digital ad creatives and email marketing materials.
- Design print pieces and event-related collateral.
- Build and polish executive presentations and sales decks.
- Contribute to campaign ideation as well as execution.
- Use AI-assisted design tools and modern creative workflows where appropriate.
- Work closely with cross-functional partners and fellow creatives.
- Deliver accurate, high-quality output under tight deadlines.
Throughout the contract, the designer may move between teams and projects depending on business priorities.
Key deliverables
- Creative campaign assets, eBooks, email creatives, and social content
- Website mockups and landing page updates
- Presentations and deck design
- Event branding and immersive experience support, including major Salesforce events
- Print and digital marketing collateral
- Other creative support for internal business needs
Required background and capabilities
- At least 5 years of professional design experience
- Advanced skills in Figma
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace
- A portfolio that clearly shows both digital and print design work
- Strong presentation-building and storytelling ability
- Comfort handling several projects at once in a fast-paced setting
Preferred experience
- Experience with AI-supported creative processes
- Exposure to Google Gemini and similar AI tools
- Background supporting technology, SaaS, or enterprise brands
- Event design or experiential design experience
Additional strengths that would help
- Motion graphics and animation experience
- Familiarity with Adobe After Effects
