Role Overview
This position sits within the Global Sales Learning & Development organization, which works to strengthen sales capability across the world. The role collaborates with Geo Sales L&D, Global Sales Leadership, Business Human Resources, and Go-To-Market partners to keep learning efforts aligned and consistent across regions.

The ideal candidate is an experienced learning professional who brings credibility, strong execution, and the ability to work through complex situations. This person should have a solid background in corporate learning, instructional design, and running global learning programs. They need to balance strategic thinking with decisive action, creating learner-centered experiences that support business goals.
Success in this role also depends on clear communication with varied stakeholders, comfort with ambiguity, strong cultural awareness, confident facilitation, and a data-oriented approach. The role is well suited to someone who enjoys solving challenges, bringing cross-functional teams together, and improving learning quality at scale.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in corporate learning, talent development, or instructional design
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline; an equivalent mix of education, experience, and training is also acceptable
- Hands-on experience with learning management systems and digital learning platforms, with Workday and Articulate preferred
- Ability to lead both virtual and face-to-face learning sessions
- Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills in global environments
Key Responsibilities
The role focuses on turning the Global Sales L&D strategy into practical learning solutions. You will design, develop, and deliver programs that meet sales teams where they are while helping them grow further. The work combines strategy, execution, and measurable impact.
- Work with Global and Geo Sales L&D partners to ensure the Global Sales L&D strategy is executed consistently
- Manage important workstreams such as measurement dashboards, Workday LMS administration, and worldwide program rollout
- Create learner-centered curriculum in virtual, digital, and in-person formats, including onboarding programs
- Support region-specific initiatives as part of cross-functional teams spanning Sales, HR, and GTM
- Analyze learning needs and review program outcomes using data and insights to guide future improvements
- Lead learning sessions and prepare facilitators to deliver consistent, high-quality experiences globally
- Partner with HR and Sales leaders to identify capability gaps and create targeted development solutions
