Role Overview

CoreWeave is looking for a seasoned Senior Full-Cycle Recruiter to support its talent acquisition efforts. This position will own end-to-end hiring across Sales and Go-To-Market teams, including pre-sales, post-sales, and Solutions Architect hiring, while also contributing to select G&A functions such as Marketing, Legal, People Operations, IT, Procurement, and Executive Support when capacity allows. The role partners closely with senior stakeholders to shape hiring strategy, improve recruiting workflows, and create high-quality candidate pipelines under fast-moving hiring timelines.

Key Responsibilities

You will manage the full recruiting lifecycle for GTM roles and collaborate with business leaders to translate hiring needs into clear role profiles and search plans. The role also involves building talent pipelines, running structured evaluations, supporting offer strategy, and improving the overall hiring process and candidate experience.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate brings at least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth technology environment. Experience hiring for GTM functions such as Sales, Marketing, and Solutions Architects is important, along with exposure to G&A hiring in areas like Finance, Legal, People Operations, and Executive Support. You should be comfortable filling manager- and director-level roles, handling ambiguous intake conversations, and using data to guide compensation, leveling, and forecasting decisions. Familiarity with ATS tools such as Greenhouse and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Gem is expected, along with strong communication, stakeholder management, and multi-priority execution skills.

Contract, Location, and Work Arrangement

This is a contract position with compensation based on experience. Candidates should be located in the Bay Area or Seattle and be available to work from the office three days per week. Remote work may be an option for candidates who live more than 30 miles from an office, depending on the role’s requirements and the person’s skill set.

The role is open to candidates who can work in a hybrid setup and meet the location and scheduling expectations described above.
