  • Improve web application performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Work with microfrontend architectures and shared frontend platforms.
  • Optimize rendering performance, bundle size, state management, API interaction patterns, caching strategies, and lazy loading/code splitting.
  • Design scalable component libraries and shared UI systems.
  • Collaborate with backend, platform, DevOps, product, and design teams.
  • Support migration and modernization initiatives.
  • Mentor engineers and promote frontend engineering best practices.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of professional frontend engineering experience.
  • Proficiency in React, Next.js, TypeScript, and Redux or other modern state management solutions.
  • Strong expertise in frontend architecture patterns.
  • Significant experience with microfrontend architectures, modular frontend systems, shared component libraries, and monorepo approaches.
  • Deep understanding of rendering lifecycles, browser performance, memory usage, network optimization, bundle optimization, and SSR/CSR trade-offs.
  • Proven experience optimizing large-scale production web applications.
  • Ability to quickly investigate and comprehend unfamiliar codebases.
  • Extensive experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, and WebSockets.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and frontend observability/monitoring tools.
  • Solid knowledge of build systems like webpack/vite, code splitting, caching, and CDN behavior.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Capability to define and implement engineering standards across teams.

Perks

  • Global collaboration opportunities with an international team.
  • Access to learning budgets, courses, and growth tools.
  • High degree of autonomy and ownership over tasks and career path.
