Role overview

The Senior Financial Analyst will join the FP&A team and take ownership of sales reporting and analysis while working closely with stakeholders across multiple parts of the business. The position is suited to someone who enjoys partnering with leaders, improving reporting quality, and contributing to planning and performance discussions.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare sales-focused reports, analysis, and board-level presentation packs.
  • Build and refine financial assumptions and calculations to support business initiatives.
  • Improve the efficiency of data collection processes and enhance data accuracy and quality.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders across several business divisions.
  • Support the FP&A lead with budgeting and forecasting activities.
  • Take the lead on month-end commentary reporting tasks.

Candidate profile

The ideal applicant will hold a degree in Commerce or Finance and bring at least five years of FP&A experience. A strong background in budgeting, forecast modelling, and management reporting is essential. Success in this role will also depend on the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, complex business environment, along with strong analytical capability and confident stakeholder management across different business units.
