  • Introduce automation to improve the team’s efficiency and reduce manual effort.
  • Act as the primary contact point for the main technology support team.

  • Continuously improve processes and reporting so they keep pace with changing business needs and industry best practices.
  • Carry out ad hoc analysis and reconciliations on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Promote a client-first mindset that strengthens relationships and makes better use of the bank’s wider networks, systems, and expertise.
  • Apply the bank’s risk appetite and risk culture in day-to-day decisions and activities.
  • Work effectively in line with the company’s values, Code of Conduct, Global Sales Principles, and business controls, while supporting compliance obligations tied to operational risk, AML/ATF, sanctions, and conduct risk.
  • Contribute to a high-performance environment and help maintain an inclusive workplace.
  • Handle the heavy workload that comes with month-end and quarter-end reporting, meeting demanding deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Build strong working relationships with partners across Finance and Technology.
