Role Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Director to spearhead and grow our diverse investment platform. This pivotal role involves formulating and executing the firm's market strategy and cultivating relationships with senior-level clients. The position carries substantial responsibility for the platform's expansion and strategic direction, offering direct engagement with the firm's partners, investors, and clientele.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the firm's market strategy, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals.
- Initiate and secure mandates for both buy-side and sell-side transactions.
- Oversee all phases of transaction execution, encompassing financial analysis, valuation, deal structuring, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement.
- Cultivate, enhance, and sustain high-level relationships with corporate clients, private equity firms, investors, and intermediaries.
- Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to the team, upholding rigorous standards of execution and professional conduct.
- Contribute to the firm's overall growth and strategic evolution as a key member of the leadership team.
Candidate Profile
- Possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in private equity, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), or corporate finance.
- Exhibit proven capabilities in deal origination, underwriting, and strategic execution.
- Demonstrate profound technical proficiency in financial analysis, valuation methodologies, transaction structuring, and negotiation tactics.
- Showcase exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to advise at board and C-suite levels.
- Maintain an entrepreneurial and strategic outlook, adept at balancing long-term vision with disciplined operational execution.
