Overview
Relish is seeking a Senior Designer who can combine creative vision with practical leadership. This role is for someone who can shape thoughtful, high-impact design work, collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, and help raise the quality of the creative output across projects.

Position: Senior Designer
Work arrangement: Fully remote anywhere in the world, or hybrid from the Skopje office
What you will do
- Create distinctive design work that is not limited to visual polish, but contributes real strategic value.
- Own the design journey end to end, from early thinking and direction-setting through final delivery on important projects.
- Support and mentor junior designers while helping strengthen the overall creative standard.
- Bring forward original ideas, considered feedback, and practical design solutions.
- Work alongside writers, strategists, and developers to turn concepts into finished output.
- Confidently present concepts and finished work to clients and internal teammates.
Experience and skills
The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience and a portfolio showing concept-led work with strategic depth. This person should be comfortable guiding both projects and people, and should be able to adapt their design approach across different industries, audiences, and formats. Advanced use of Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop is expected, while motion/animation or interactive design experience is a plus. A strong sense of curiosity, awareness of current trends, and a drive to keep pushing creative boundaries are important.
