About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Client Success Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is a client leader adept at building enduring trust and managing complex retainer accounts. You understand client engagement, retention, and possess the strategic acumen to drive relationships beyond mere coordination. You will proactively bring innovative ideas to clients, anticipate and mitigate potential issues, and communicate effectively about digital strategies, including web platforms and SEO, to ensure clear briefs for our delivery teams. While experience with Webflow is a strong advantage, a solid understanding of modern web platforms is the minimum requirement.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for a portfolio of N4+ retainer clients.
- Lead the development of roadmaps, prioritization, and performance reviews for assigned accounts.
- Translate client objectives into precise briefs for design, development, and content teams.
- Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for account expansion, including promoting Webflow's Optimize and Analyze products.
- Manage monthly retainer budgets, ensuring accurate work scoping and early risk identification.
- Conduct regular governance calls and deliver insightful client reports.
- Contribute to the evolution of the Client Success function by refining scoping, briefing, and delivery tracking processes.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience within a digital or creative agency, with at least 2 years in a Senior Account Management or Client Success capacity.
- Demonstrated success in managing retainer accounts and fostering long-term client relationships.
- Strong commercial acumen with a keen eye for upsell and expansion opportunities.
- Technical credibility in discussions concerning web platforms, CMS, performance optimization, SEO, and digital strategy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with both clients and internal teams.
- Ability to maintain composure and structure amidst shifting priorities, managing multiple accounts effectively.
- Proficiency with tools such as Webflow, Figma, Slack, and various project management platforms.
- Webflow experience is highly desirable.
- Professional fluency in English, encompassing reading, writing, and speaking.
