The company delivers scalable platforms and services designed to speed up digital adoption and business outcomes. It is growing its partner network in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and is looking for a Senior Channel Manager to accelerate expansion through strategic alliances and channel partnerships.

Role Summary

In this position, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and scaling a strong partner ecosystem across Saudi Arabia, including value-added resellers, system integrators, technology alliances, and distributors. The role centers on partner recruitment, onboarding, enablement, joint go-to-market planning, pipeline creation, and revenue delivery with and through partners. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in channel development for enterprise software or digital transformation solutions, established relationships in the Saudi market, and the ability to execute partner strategies that generate measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set and execute the channel plan for Saudi Arabia in line with regional revenue goals and priority solution areas.
  • Find, attract, and onboard high-potential partners such as SIs, VARs, MSPs, ISVs, and distributors to widen coverage and strengthen market capabilities.
  • Group partners based on capacity, expertise, and industry focus, then create engagement plans suited to each segment.
  • Generate pipeline from partners and influence partner-led opportunities while sharing ownership of revenue outcomes.
  • Develop joint account and territory plans with priority partners and conduct regular business reviews to measure progress and address obstacles.
  • Help partners with deal positioning, pricing, and negotiations to speed up closures while protecting deal quality and profitability.
  • Create joint value propositions and packaged offerings aligned to key industries and sectors in Saudi Arabia.
  • Plan and run co-marketing initiatives such as events, webinars, and demand-generation campaigns with defined KPIs and ROI measurement.
  • Use vendor alliances and distributor MDF programs to expand reach and improve market penetration.
  • Track partner pipeline and revenue forecasts carefully and share monthly and quarterly updates with management.

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in channel, alliances, or indirect sales roles within enterprise software, digital transformation, or cloud solutions, including a minimum of 3 years in the Saudi market.
  • A well-established network of system integrators, value-added resellers, and technology partners in Riyadh and across Saudi Arabia, along with experience working with distributors and global vendors.
  • A proven record of building partner ecosystems at scale and driving revenue through partner channels.
  • Strong knowledge of digital transformation solution areas such as content management, RPA, AI/ML, data management, and related services.
  • Ability to create joint business plans, manage co-selling approaches, and lead complex sales cycles involving partners.
  • Commercial strength with experience in partner agreements, rebates, MDF programs, and deal registration processes.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders effectively.
  • Arabic and English language skills are preferred.
