Role overview
This role sits within a major transformation programme focused on implementing Workday and Datapay across the organisation. The position calls for an experienced change professional who can shape the change approach, guide adoption, and help ensure the wider business is ready for go-live.
The opportunity combines strategic change leadership with hands-on delivery, and it is suited to someone who can work confidently in a large-scale ERP environment while managing multiple moving parts.
What you'll do
- Own and maintain the overall change strategy, making sure it stays aligned with programme scope, design decisions, and governance expectations.
- Build and deliver practical change plans across several workstreams.
- Assess organisational readiness for change and design the transition approach accordingly.
- Work closely with stakeholders to build support, increase buy-in, and strengthen business readiness.
- Contribute to communication, training, and engagement activities that help the rollout succeed.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven delivery of change management within large and complex programmes.
- Experience working on ERP implementations, with Workday experience preferred.
- Strong capability in stakeholder management and clear, effective communication.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving environment where priorities and plans may shift.
What you'll get in return
You will be offered a strong hourly rate and the chance to work through a major global specialist agency. The arrangement includes online timesheets and weekly pay, along with support from consultants who are known for being approachable and genuinely invested in the people they work with.
Additional information
