Role Overview
We are looking for a Key Account Manager / Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth across corporate and institutional accounts in Guwahati, Assam. The role focuses on building client relationships, expanding business within existing accounts, and growing revenue and profitability in the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with IT hardware products and solutions, including desktops, laptops, servers, and networking systems for corporate and institutional clients.
- Use knowledge of servers, storage, backup, and security technologies as a strong advantage in client discussions and solution selling.
- Handle cold calling, account identification, lead acquisition, account development, and account management.
- Spot new sales opportunities within current customer accounts through upselling and cross-selling.
- Plan and execute sales strategies aimed at improving both revenue and overall profitability.
- Develop and sustain strong relationships with important customers and prospects while ensuring they remain satisfied with the company’s support and services.
- Manage new, existing, and specific customer accounts across different segments in the assigned territory or region.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly sales forecasts and work toward achieving them.
- Focus on maximizing profit for the assigned region or territory.
