Role overview
EZSpace Ventures is hiring a senior business development representative to build outbound pipeline and help accelerate revenue growth. The position blends high-volume prospecting with more strategic selling, focusing on mid-market and enterprise accounts. You will work closely with account executives and the marketing team to improve and scale outbound sales execution.
Key responsibilities
- Drive outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
- Create tailored, high-quality outreach sequences for priority accounts.
- Spot and pursue new business opportunities using structured sales approaches.
- Set up qualified meetings and generate pipeline for account executives.
- Work with marketing on outbound campaigns and account-based marketing initiatives.
- Keep CRM data accurate and maintain strong pipeline discipline.
- Help build sales playbooks, messaging frameworks, and outbound processes.
- Be willing to travel across India and the APAC region when business needs require it.
Required qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering (BE/BTech) or an equivalent credential is required.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in BDR or SDR roles, ideally in SaaS companies.
- Strong capability in outbound prospecting and lead generation.
- A demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills, with the ability to personalize outreach effectively.
- Strong ownership, urgency, and a proactive builder mentality.
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving, performance-focused environment.
- Strong command of English in writing, speaking, and comprehension.
Preferred experience
- Background in CRM, SaaS, DevTools, or high-tech businesses.
- Exposure to modern prospecting methods and structured sales frameworks.
