Key responsibilities
- Identify the core business challenge and define the intended outcomes.

- Make sure process designs are structured, controlled, and able to scale.
- Gather, organise, and refine requirements by clarifying the purpose, scope, and method.
- Write precise user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Work with Product Owners to create outcome-focused requirements for Agile squads.
- Collaborate with stakeholders from both business and technology teams to align delivery.
- Contribute to work delivered in SAP S/4HANA environments.
Required background and capabilities
- Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst in SAP-based environments.
- Practical experience with SAP S/4HANA.

- Experience using SAP Signavio or a comparable process modelling tool.
- Solid skills in process review and process improvement.
- Previous experience working in Agile delivery settings.
Desirable experience
- Exposure to enterprise-wide processes and end-to-end value chains.
- Background in Procure-to-Pay processes, including purchasing, invoicing, and supplier management.
- Understanding of process governance and standardisation.
- Ability to use data to support analysis and decision-making.
Working style
- You are focused on results rather than simply completing tasks.
- You prefer a process-led approach instead of a system-led one.
- You are inquisitive and willing to test assumptions.
- You communicate effectively and can influence stakeholders.
- You contribute positively to a collaborative, high-performing team environment.
