You will work across Whangārei, Auckland, and Hamilton, contributing to a strong program of work involving highways and road structures in the Northland, Auckland, and Waikato regions.
What you will be doing

The ideal candidate is motivated by helping clients care for their existing structural assets and is comfortable balancing safety, quality, and long-term asset performance.
We are looking for someone with a practical mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively while solving problems and managing multiple priorities.
Experience and background
At least 5 years of experience is required. A background in bridge design or construction is preferred, but applicants with general structural or infrastructure experience will also be considered, especially if they have worked with government clients or managed asset portfolios.
Experience in the land transport sector is especially relevant, including partnering with clients on long-term plans, managing asset portfolios, assessing existing bridges, and developing upgrade or remedial solutions.
