About ExaCare AI

ExaCare AI is a fast-growing health technology company building an AI operating system for post-acute care. Its platform converts unstructured referral packets into actionable clinical insights and next-step recommendations, helping care teams make quicker, safer placement decisions while reducing administrative work. The company currently supports more than 1,500 facilities and is scaling quickly. It has also recently secured a $30M Series A led by Insight Partners.

The team is focused on building meaningful products, learning quickly, and delivering measurable impact in healthcare.

About the Role

ExaCare AI is looking for its first Senior Brand Designer to join the newly formed Growth & Marketing team. In this role, you will define and own the company’s visual identity across the website, campaigns, events, product launches, and broader marketing efforts. The position calls for a senior individual contributor who wants substantial creative ownership and the opportunity to shape how the brand looks, feels, and performs in the market.

You will help set the standard for what “on-brand” means, elevate creative quality across the organization, and turn ideas into polished work that supports business growth. The role is best suited to someone who thrives in a low-ego, high-output environment and brings strong taste, high standards, and a genuine commitment to craft.

What You’ll Do

  • Take creative leadership for launches, campaigns, events, and other public-facing moments, from initial concept through final delivery.
  • Contribute across the full range of growth and marketing design work, including long-term brand initiatives, ad creative, and ad hoc requests.
  • Strengthen and expand the brand system so teams across the company can produce high-quality, consistent visual assets more efficiently.
  • Lead the visual direction of the website and treat it as a creative platform, not just a production task.
  • Collaborate with product marketing, growth, and company founders to translate positioning and ideas into visually compelling work.
  • Direct outside creative partners such as freelancers, agencies, illustrators, animators, photographers, and production vendors when additional support is needed.
  • Experiment with AI-driven workflows to improve ideation, speed, and creative scale while maintaining strong quality standards.

What You’ll Bring

  • 6+ years of experience in brand design, visual design, or creative roles, ideally within B2B SaaS, health tech, or another fast-paced technology company.
  • Strong senior-level ownership as an individual contributor, with experience shaping brand and creative direction.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma, along with a strong command of typography, layout, hierarchy, systems thinking, and production across digital and print channels.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates conceptual thinking, not only execution, and includes campaign work with a clear creative point of view.
  • The ability to move comfortably between brand identity work, paid ads, events, and other formats while maintaining quality and consistency.
  • Sharp creative judgment and the ability to explain design decisions clearly, including when a problem is visual versus messaging-related.
  • Confidence taking rough briefs and turning them into original, specific, and compelling concepts.
  • Experience building or improving a visual identity system that helps teams work faster and more effectively.
  • Working knowledge of responsive web design, UX considerations, web production constraints, and design handoff processes.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and an experimental approach to using them for faster and more ambitious creative work.
