Job description

Role overview

This opportunity is being shared for a partner organization that will handle applications and all subsequent hiring steps. The employer is seeking a Senior Analyst, Treasury located in the United States.

The position blends treasury strategy with hands-on execution inside a complex healthcare business operating across multiple entities. In this role, you will help manage liquidity, cash activities, and capital market-related work that supports both routine operations and long-term expansion. You will work closely with senior finance leaders to turn financial information into practical guidance for forecasting, debt planning, and investment decisions. The role is fast-moving, collaborative, and highly cross-functional, with regular interaction across accounting, FP&A, and banking partners. You will also help improve controls, optimize banking arrangements, and support compliance across subsidiaries.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle daily treasury activities for the organization and its subsidiaries, making sure banking and cash management work is completed accurately and on time.
  • Review and authorize banking transactions, while also administering user access and security settings in banking systems.
  • Build and update short-term cash forecasts, liquidity models, and interest expense projections to inform planning.
  • Create treasury reports, financial models, and capital markets materials for leadership and lender-facing discussions.
  • Examine financial data to support forecasting cycles and acquisition-related planning.
  • Maintain alignment with internal policies, banking rules, and relevant regulatory expectations.
  • Partner with finance and operational teams on broader initiatives and special assignments.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a closely related discipline.
  • Between 3 and 5 years of experience in treasury, cash management, corporate finance, or capital markets.
  • Strong analytical capability and financial modeling skills, along with advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
  • Hands-on experience with banking portals, security administration, and treasury platforms.
  • Exposure to debt capital markets, rating agencies, and quarter-end reporting workflows.
  • Knowledge of public company environments and regulatory obligations is strongly preferred.
  • Clear communication, strong problem-solving ability, and the interpersonal skills needed to collaborate across teams.
  • Experience in healthcare or familiarity with interest rate hedging instruments will be considered an added advantage.
  • Professional credentials such as CTP or CFA would be beneficial.

Compensation and benefits

  • Expected annual pay of USD 95,000 to USD 101,000, depending on experience.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • 401(k) retirement savings plan.
  • Paid time off, company holidays, and employee assistance support.
  • Wellness programs and flexible working arrangements to support work-life balance.
  • The chance to gain exposure to sophisticated treasury operations in a large, multi-entity organization.
