Role Overview
The company is looking for an experienced Senior Administrative Specialist to strengthen operations in Southeast Asia. This position is responsible for improving office efficiency, supporting the workplace environment, and setting up practical administrative processes across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Streamline administrative processes across Southeast Asia to keep the office environment organized and efficient.
- Oversee office layout planning, renovation work, and compliance with safety standards.
- Manage procurement for office materials and renovation activities, including supplier assessment and budget control.
- Coordinate visa applications, travel arrangements, insurance, and other administrative needs for overseas employees.
- Provide direct secretarial and administrative support to the CEO, including meal coordination, visa-related support, meeting preparation, and day-to-day assistance.
- Deliver front-desk and workplace support services that help create a positive employee experience and reinforce professional workplace behavior and company culture across international offices.
- Assist regional business teams and contribute to cross-functional initiatives when required.
- Take on additional duties or special projects assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree or above is required.
- Strong command of both English and Chinese is essential.
- At least 5 to 10 years of administrative experience in Singapore, along with practical knowledge of local office operations, compliance expectations, and vendor networks.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a proactive, detail-focused, and outcome-oriented approach.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and basic data interpretation skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
Additional Information
This is a full-time onsite role based in Singapore, Singapore. The position supports operations across Southeast Asia and may involve handling cross-border administrative tasks and executive support responsibilities.
