This opportunity is posted on behalf of a partner organization that will handle applications and the remaining hiring stages. The employer is seeking a Senior Account Manager - Client Services located in Canada.

The role combines client strategy, hands-on execution, and relationship ownership in a fast-moving influencer marketing environment. You will be responsible for a portfolio of high-value accounts, with a focus on delivering measurable return on investment, strong campaign engagement, and durable client growth. From onboarding through renewal, you will serve as a trusted partner who turns business goals into effective influencer strategies. The position demands strong analytical judgment, excellent account leadership, and the ability to coordinate multiple internal teams to ensure consistent delivery.

This is a client-facing, outcomes-driven role for someone who enjoys visible impact and wants to directly influence revenue and client success.

Key accountabilities

  • Take ownership of a portfolio of client accounts and drive satisfaction, retention, and long-term account value across the entire customer journey.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to clients by converting business goals into practical influencer marketing plans and campaign actions.
  • Manage influencer campaign delivery end to end, making sure schedules, budgets, key performance indicators, and content quality expectations are met.
  • Run business reviews and performance updates that surface insights for improvement and future growth.
  • Guide and support internal execution teams, including coordinators, to keep campaign delivery smooth and aligned.
  • Work closely with sales, product, strategy, and research teams to improve client outcomes and strengthen platform capabilities.
  • Review campaign performance information to spot risks, opportunities, and optimization levers.
  • Maintain strong control over contracts, budgets, and deliverables while resolving issues quickly and proactively.
  • Share client feedback and market insights to help refine internal processes, best practices, and product evolution.

What the role calls for

  • At least 5-7+ years of experience in account management, influencer marketing, social media, or digital marketing, with agency experience preferred.
  • A track record of advising clients strategically and connecting marketing activity to business and revenue outcomes.
  • Strong program and project management capability, with the ability to juggle several high-value accounts at once.
  • Confident communication, presentation, and stakeholder relationship skills, including interaction with senior leaders.
  • Comfort working with data, interpreting campaign results, and turning findings into practical next steps.
  • Experience coaching or managing junior team members in a fast-paced setting.
  • High emotional intelligence, professionalism, and a consistently customer-focused approach.
  • Exposure to influencer marketing platforms or paid media environments is a major advantage.
  • Ability to perform in a metrics-driven setting with accountability for client success outcomes.
