EjadTech - إيجاد التقنية is hiring a Senior Account Manager in Riyadh to own strategic relationships with major government organizations. The position focuses on uncovering growth opportunities, turning those opportunities into live projects, and delivering a consistently strong client experience. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience from technology firms working with the public sector, along with a solid grasp of government operations and digital transformation efforts.
What you will do
- Build and nurture trusted, long-term partnerships with senior decision-makers across government bodies, keeping aligned with their goals and priorities.
- Act as the main contact for public-sector clients and respond to their needs in a timely, effective manner.
- Continuously scan client environments, government programs, and budget planning cycles to spot fresh business opportunities.
- Develop client relationships into qualified opportunities and manage the sales process through closure.
- Work in close coordination with technical, delivery, legal, and finance teams to support smooth contract execution and service delivery.
- Prepare and deliver customized commercial and technical proposals that clearly show business value and fit with government requirements.
- Track project delivery to ensure high standards for quality, timeline adherence, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain compliance with procurement rules, contractual commitments, and relevant regulations in the government sector.
- Represent the organization professionally in government meetings, industry events, and strategic forums.
Qualifications and experience
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Public Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.
- You should have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in key account management or business development within technology companies.
- A demonstrated history of successfully building government relationships and handling complex sales cycles is important.
- You need a strong understanding of public-sector procurement, digital transformation frameworks, and national initiatives.
- Exposure to enterprise technology offerings such as ERP, CRM, cloud solutions, and system integration is expected.
Skills and strengths
This role calls for excellent stakeholder management, persuasive communication in Arabic and English, strong commercial thinking, and the ability to work confidently in complex government environments. Success also depends on being highly results-driven, comfortable using CRM systems, and proficient with Microsoft Office tools.
