Role Overview

This position is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and sits within noon’s broader digital commerce ecosystem. The role supports The Dubai Mall Online, the official e-commerce destination for Dubai Mall, where shoppers can browse and purchase from multiple premium and luxury retail partners through one streamlined digital experience.

About The Dubai Mall Online

The Dubai Mall Online serves as the mall’s official online shopping platform, combining leading retail labels into one digital storefront. It is powered by strong e-commerce, logistics, and customer experience capabilities that help customers discover products, place orders, and receive deliveries from multiple Dubai Mall retailers with ease.

What the role involves

  • Own and expand relationships with important luxury and premium brand partners.
  • Serve as the primary senior contact for key accounts and build durable, trusted partnerships.
  • Improve business performance through assortment planning, pricing strategy, and visibility initiatives.
  • Create and run joint business plans with brand partners to hit revenue and growth goals.
  • Lead the onboarding and launch approach for new premium fashion brands joining the platform.
  • Work closely with merchandising, marketing, operations, and supply chain teams to execute campaigns and product launches smoothly.
  • Track core business indicators such as GMV, conversion, traffic, and sell-through, then turn those findings into strategic recommendations.
  • Spot category expansion opportunities and suggest actions to strengthen brand reach and sales.
  • Manage seasonal campaigns, exclusive product releases, and promotional activity.
  • Handle and resolve complicated operational challenges involving catalog, pricing, content, logistics, and fulfillment.
  • Run regular business reviews with senior stakeholders from partner brands.
  • Maintain strong alignment across internal teams to deliver a consistent and seamless brand experience.

What you need

  • At least 5 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development in luxury, premium, or fashion retail.
  • A strong track record in luxury, premium fashion, or other high-end retail segments.
  • Experience managing senior brand relationships and delivering commercial results.
  • Solid knowledge of digital commerce, marketplace operations, and online retail environments.
  • Strong analytical ability with the skill to interpret data and turn it into practical action.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including interaction with senior external partners.
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving, high-growth, cross-functional setting.
  • A strong sense of ownership, with good execution discipline and problem-solving ability.
  • Previous exposure to fashion brands, luxury retailers, or premium marketplaces is preferred.
