Role Summary
This is a full-time, on-site Secretary position in Doha, Qatar. The role focuses on day-to-day administrative and clerical support, along with professional front-office coordination and executive assistance.
Key Duties
The Secretary will take care of correspondence, document drafting, meeting scheduling, calendar upkeep, and the orderly maintenance of files and records. The position also includes answering calls, welcoming visitors, routing queries to the right team members, and offering a polished customer-facing presence. In addition, the role supports executives with meeting preparation, travel coordination, and post-meeting follow-up, while handling confidential information carefully. Basic company secretarial support is also part of the job, such as keeping contact lists current, monitoring important deadlines, and helping internal communication run smoothly.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should bring strong clerical ability, good communication skills, and practical experience in office coordination or company secretarial support. Comfort with executive administrative tasks, visitor handling, and standard office software is important. The role also calls for excellent organization, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage several priorities in a busy environment.
Education
A diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, office management, or a similar discipline is preferred.
Additional Requirements
