Role Overview
Smart Touch Advertising is hiring a Secretary to support office operations, client communication, and production coordination in Riyadh Region. The position calls for someone who is organized, communicative, and able to work under pressure while managing both clerical and coordination responsibilities.
General Qualifications

Clerical Duties
- Make phone calls and manage filing tasks.
- Support day-to-day office administration.

- Support account-related management work.
- Gather client job specifications.
- Request quotations from presses and suppliers for client requirements.
- Prepare quotations for clients and potential clients.
- Obtain client approval on quotations.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules and timelines.
- Coordinate with production staff.
- Communicate and follow up with clients.
- Initiate quality control checks.
- Send approved quotations to presses and suppliers.
- Coordinate logistics and delivery arrangements for clients.
