About the Role
Mosaic is seeking an experienced Scrum Master II to support its digital transformation efforts. This role is ideal for a servant leader who is enthusiastic about agile delivery, cloud migration, and continuous improvement within a mission-driven organization.
The position is based in Omaha, NE and follows a hybrid schedule, with in-office attendance required every Monday and Wednesday. It is a full-time, exempt role.
Key Responsibilities
- Build an agile culture within project teams by coaching and mentoring members on Scrum and Kanban approaches so they can work with greater autonomy and efficiency.
- Support major cloud migration and digital enablement programs that are central to Mosaic’s transformation goals.
- Run core agile ceremonies such as daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives while keeping work visible and clearing blockers.
- Work closely with stakeholders to help prioritize the backlog and use performance metrics to monitor progress and drive ongoing improvement.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of experience leading complex, cross-functional projects with a strong record of delivery.
- Working knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid project management methods; familiarity with DevSecOps is an added advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent professional experience in place of a degree.
- PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP certification is preferred.
- A servant-leadership approach aligned with Agile values such as openness, courage, respect, focus, and commitment, along with the ability to influence people across all levels of the organization without depending on formal authority.
- Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Omaha, NE to support the hybrid work arrangement.
