Scrum Master – 6 Month Contract

Role overview

This contract opportunity is for a Scrum Master based in Dublin, supporting hybrid working over a 6-month engagement. The position sits within technology and change delivery and is focused on helping a dedicated Scrum team deliver business outcomes effectively.

What you will do

• Guide Agile execution across technology and change-related initiatives.
• Run core Scrum events such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Partner with delivery teams to clear obstacles and keep work progressing smoothly.
• Coordinate with a broad mix of stakeholders from both business and IT functions.
• Support a dedicated Scrum team in delivering outcomes for a specific business area.
• Help the team stay aligned, refine working practices, and focus on agreed priorities.

What you will bring

• Prior experience working as a Scrum Master in a formal delivery setting.
• Hands-on involvement with Scrum teams and day-to-day Agile delivery.
• Experience on large-scale projects, ideally with several stakeholders and parallel workstreams.
• Background in IT delivery; experience in financial services would be an advantage.
• Comfort working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong skills in facilitation, communication, and problem solving.
